ACUPUNCTURE

It is a cure system that is applied to certain points on the skin by golden, silver or steel needles which has been discovered by some wise people living in the northern regions of China about the year 300 BC.

In 1955 it was introduced into western medicine by Shyuken and from then Western medicine and acupuncture which is accepted as the traditional Chinese medicine are being performed together.

Acupuncture is a simple, safe and economic cure method and does not have side effects of drugs as well. Today, acupuncture is being used in all diseases together with the western medicine in order to complete each other, especially in European countries.

Acupuncture is a part of medical education in Western countries like France, Austria, England and Germany.

Diseases which acupuncture is used most are obesity, migraine, addiction (smoking, alcohol, drugs etc), aggression, depression, gastric ulcer, gastritis, hemorrhoids, anal fissure, disc hernias of neck and waist, sleeplessness, menopause, impotence (sexual problems), asthma, allergies, constipation, trigeminal neuralgia, fibromyalgia, widespread aches, herpes zoster, acne, tinnitus, bulimia, anorexia nervosa, sinusitis, facial paralysis.
